Raylo is one of the Arcwine Distributors under the fabled Vanthir. He was the Highguard's first contact within Suramar City itself, and sent them to find Ithri Moonglow. Upon the party's return, he made an arcwine toast in their honour, Raylo explaining that Ithri had returned and the wine was flowing to the needy once more. The Arcwine he drank sated him for only a moment before quickly drying him out of all mana, and rendering him Withered. He was taken to Shal'aran by Entilzha and Vor'taria where his condition remains unclear.
